Protecting your privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how Render Security Engineering LLC (“we,” “us,” “our, “Render”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information both in connection with Render’s online and offline services, systems, websites (include this “Site”), and apps that refer or link to this Privacy Policy (our “Services”), and as explained below, including without limitation, the collection and processing of personal information in connection with Render. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the way you interact with our Services or the type of device or other means you use to access our Services.
Render reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated Policy here along with the date on which the Policy was changed. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy that affect the way we collect, use and/or share your personal information, we will notify you by including a “NEWLY UPDATED” label with the “Privacy Policy” link on https://www.render-se.com for 30 days after material changes are made. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any contractual rights or obligations.

Information collection
Render collects personal information which may include:
- First and last name, company name, email address, postal address, IP address, device ID and other data, phone number, user ID, password and password hints, and other security information used for authentication and account access.
We use this information to provide you with our services, including identity confirmation, job applicant tracking, and indirect marketing.
Job applicant information provided during our job application process may include:
- Name, contact information, date of birth, social security number, device and internet connection information, education and work history, gender, race or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability and veteran status, criminal record (where permitted by law), and other relevant information.
We use this information for human resources services, including, but not limited to, staffing, benefit enrollment, records management, analyzing our recruiting process and outcomes, conducting academic and employment verification, background investigations (where permitted by law), security clearance investigations, and affirmative action planning and analysis.
We use the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of devices that access this Site to help identify you, diagnose any problems with the Site, administer and improve our Site, and gather personal information related to the purposes specified above.
Information collection using cookies
We may use cookies to identify you and track your use of the Site to improve your user experience, tailor Site interactions, deliver content specific to your interests, provide support, and administer and improve the Site. Cookies are small files placed on your computer by the Site for identification purposes. Cookies identify you to the Site and are used to load your preferences and track the pages you visit.

Our services are possible because of a variety of third parties and service providers. Sometimes it is necessary to share personal information with them to support our services. We also may share your information in the following circumstances:

- To consider you for work opportunities on projects that we currently work or propose to work;
- To review recruiting resources;
- To process services which may benefit you as an employee such as providing employee benefits, employee travel assistance, employee expense report processing, or compensation program analysis;

Your information may be disclosed to Render’s domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Your information also may be transferred to a third party for the purposes of data back-up, consolidation, storage, and simplified customer management. As part of any data transmission, your information may be transferred across state and country borders.
If we learn your personal information is not protected according to our contract, or is being processed beyond your consent, we will take reasonable steps to protect your information and/or cease its illegitimate processing.
Information protection
Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that the personally identifiable information we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse. These security measures include access controls, encryption, secure configurations, website certificates, firewalls, endpoint protection software, device sanitization measures, and network monitoring tools.
While we are dedicated to securing our Site and services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and account information. We are not responsible for protecting personal information that you have shared with a third party, including using the same password at our Site and at other sites.

Job applicants can update many types of collected personal information directly within their job application accounts. We may periodically send our customers information regarding our job candidates, employees, products, and services. If you have been receiving such information and do not wish to continue receiving such information, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by emailing us at dpo@render-se.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line of the email.
Minors
The Site is not designed for individuals under 16 years of age, although we may receive job applications from those who are under the age of 16 but are legally able to work for our Company. Please be aware that we will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. By visiting the Site, you are confirming that you are at least 13 years of age. The Site may contain links to other services and websites outside of our control. For example, the page of the Site devoted to employee benefits offered contains links to third-party providers and websites maintained by those providers. Modifications to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post any such changes on the Site where the Privacy Policy is located so you will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We also will email those users who have given us sufficient personal information to contact them regarding changes to our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy means that you accept the changes to the policy.
